Moving away from the idea of producing masks, Julia suggested I look at a textile artist called Rushton Aust who created some amazing lengths of printed fabric. The contrast between block colour and pattern is something I will take into consideration when printing my fabric samples. I will definitely revisit this patchwork of imagery when it comes to printing my final piece.
I have screen printed a few images over some of my photocopied work to build up a collection of images. It might be interesting to digitally print some of my imagery and then screen print back over the top.
